How does Step by Step work?

In our experience, most people need a series of interventions or solutions to get kick-started. Step by Step is affordable, flexible consultancy, responding to your business needs, within your timescale and budget.
Step by Step can help with:

- Practical support with reports, grant applications, strategy & business planning
- Strategic advice, capturing organisational learning, evaluation & targeted research
- An initial, free consultation to discuss your needs and identify the issues without financial risk, either remotely or face to face (if based in Southend & area).
- A Three Point Action Plan based on the consultation. Jargon-free, focusing on the next three priorities for you or your organisation, in order to move forward – within your resources.
- The next Step can be tailored to meet your needs, and the complexity of the task, or type of support you’d like, ranging from a short session to deal with a specific request, to ongoing advice and support during an application process or development phase.

Each client is different, but we have devised a tariff or menu, reflecting the type of services most commonly provided, which can be downloaded here.
